I never set out to build just another hair salon...

 

Deeply Rooted started with a simple idea: maybe we could do things a little differently. A place where clients could walk in, exhale, and just be themselves. Where pricing feels transparent, the experience feels intentional, and every person who sits in our chair feels like they belong.

 

Along the way, my purpose grew beyond the client experience. It became just as much about the stylists behind the chair.

 

The truth is, there are parts of the beauty industry that I believe need to change. Too many incredibly talented stylists experience burnout, inconsistent income, and feel like they have to choose between building a successful career and having a life outside of the salon.

 

I know I can’t fix an entire industry, but I can change what it looks like inside Deeply Rooted.

 

I can create a place where stylists have the opportunity to earn fair pay, grow their careers, have flexibility, feel supported, and build a life they’re proud of, while still giving our clients an experience that feels genuine, comfortable, and cared for.

 

I’m still learning, still growing, and still figuring things out as I go. But one thing has never changed: I genuinely care about the people who walk through these doors. Whether you’re sitting in the chair or standing behind it.

 

For me, Deeply Rooted has become so much bigger than hair.

 

It’s about people. And hopefully, leaving our little corner of the beauty industry better than we found it. 🤍
