We understand that life can get busy, and delays happen. If you are running late to your appointment, please send a quick message to your stylist through the Aura app to keep us informed.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late: Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we may need to cancel your appointment to stay on schedule for other clients.
Cancellations due to late arrivals: Appointments canceled for this reason may be subject to our cancellation policy, including applicable fees.
LATE ARRIVAL
To ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that clients do not bring additional guests to their appointments. Our space is thoughtfully designed to provide the best possible experience for both clients and stylists.

EXTRA GUESTS
At Deeply Rooted Salon, we love and appreciate your children. However, for their safety and to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, children under 18 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
Our team uses professional tools, hot equipment, and chemicals that can pose a safety risk to young children if left unattended. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

CANCELLATION
POLICY
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled directly through the Aura app for your convenience.
A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply.
No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the service at the discretion of management.
