Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled services.

Due to the nature of our industry, last-minute cancellations are often difficult to refill and directly impact our stylists’ reserved income and time behind the chair.

CANCELLATION

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged up to 100% of scheduled services.

NO SHOW

A deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your final service total.

Please note:
• Deposits are tied to reserved appointment time
• Deposits are not automatically transferable if an appointment is canceled
• Deposit refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original appointment date
After 14 days, deposits become non-refundable

Appointments may be changed or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

To transfer your deposit to a future appointment:

(not cancel)

RESCHEDULE

Late arrivals may require service modifications, shortened appointments, or rescheduling depending on stylist availability.

Appointments arriving 20–30 minutes late may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment so our team can review and discuss possible adjustments.

Our salon is small and cozy, busy space with limited seating.

 

To keep the flow comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that only the guest receiving the service attend the appointment.
